      Pros

      Strong business presence, financial stability as a growing tech/electronics supplier. Part of Koch (largest private US company). All around mostly good people with good values. Compensation system really rewards strong performers (above market sometimes).

      Cons

      Senior leadership can have old school mentality...some legacy thinking still. As a global company, can have some long days (early mornings, late nights).

      Pros

      People ask if Molex is a good place to work. I have been with Molex for 20 years, and there are still many people around that have worked here longer than me. I think that is a good indicator of a good place to work. There is a fitness center and a cafeteria. The fellow employees are good.

      Cons

      It is a big company, so sometimes it is difficult to know who to go to, when you encounter a new problem.
