Pros
The pay is good but there is no motivation for the work done, Colleagues are great and an amazing boss.
Cons
They do not incentivize for work performed. I was told I would get a bonus at the end of certain accomplishments and based on that I would be way overdo and have received nothing to date. This is very discouraging and no motivation to want to contribute more to the company, It's a global company and you could be working as early as 6:00am to as late as 10:00pm. Hours throughout the day are flexible if you have an appointment,
