      Try to stay away, toxic environment

      Easy to commute, some nice people

      Cons

      Where should I start! I've been there for over 5 years, with no bonuses no raise. They keep saying bs about flat revenues. -Micromanager style, you have to look over your shoulder really good. -Very toxic environment -They keep talking about MBM but never practice it; no integrity, no respect, no humility with ppl who's been working there for ages. - All they care about is money, they don't give a damn about employees. - no work life balance . I would recommend to stay a way from this toxic environment

      Could be political at times. Managers can be too distant as well.
