Small circles are obvious in company among long serving employees. Reluctance to accept professionals from external, outside the circles. It is "who you know" that matters. Unhealthy corporate cultures. Veterans promoted into senior positions without any credentials and/or relevant functional experience. Willing to spend millions with external consultants but unwilling to listen to own employees with expertise, skill, knowledge and ability. Transformations after transformations. It is essential to move with markets but "transformations" is over used causing instability over time. Low/no accountability. Several big bets failed to deliver desirable results but no one held accountable for bad decisions, implementations etc..
