Great pay, safe and mostly clean environment

Cons

Not much communication between management and floor workers or equality between shifts. Company cuts overtime to save money but spends money on things that aren't really needed.

It does not matter how good you are, what matters is how many decades you have worked for the company. There are no standards in this company, absolute chaos. People are more interested in politics and other random talk than products/company/customers.
