      Pros

      Immediate management was good depending on the time frame and individuals.

      Cons

      Higher level management was extremely out of touch with reality and only looking to eliminate those who didn't agree with everything they said, no matter how ignorant it really was. If you don't drink the Koch industries koolaid you're not going to be there long. And for that matter, that whole place will be shut down and moved offshore inside of 5 years.

      Good place to work with great 401k

      Pros

      This company is owned by Koch industries( one of the largest privately owned companies in the world) Good reputation with a lot of reach. Understanding supervisors. Company does the standard 4% 401k match then after 3 years it goes up to 7% for a vested employee( the company takes 3% of your gross and deposits that into your 401k acct) . Opportunities to travel if you want. They have locations all over the Globe. Many of the people I work with have been at this company for over 20 years.

      Cons

      Little to add but the normal corporate business structure at times can be difficult to complete tasks in a timely manner do to the checks and balances.
