Not all teams are good; some team managers have no people management skills including their bosses. They hire fresher & wrong people and make their career spoils, promote only their relative and discriminate others. Local management other seniors are aware everything but they try to protect their job rather finding any solution for this. Some team doesn’t follow basic work ethics with zero professionalism this leads to all kind of work related problem.
