      Pros

      As part of Koch Industries, which is a privately-held company, Molex has a long term vision and objectives, and is not focused on short-term quarterly reporting to shareholders. Molex enables employees to use and develop their individual strengths to the benefit of the overall organization, rather than trying to force everybody into a standardized job role. Molex enables employees to move to completely new roles and new areas of the organization, or indeed to other Koch companies. The focus is on ensuring that talented employees find the area where they can create the most value for the company, and that they remain within the organization.

      Cons

      In some countries, Molex has a significant number of employees. But in many countries, Molex has only a relatively small physical presence, meaning that the possibilities for working physically side-by-side with colleagues in the same office are sometimes quite limited. But the opposite side to this is that remote working is very much accepted, and many roles are open to you irrespective of where you actually live.
