      Relaxed environment, can work out during lunch hours, friendly people, flex hours

      Cons

      provide little opportunity to grow and learn, low salary, poor vacation benefits, low morale, have to wait at least 1 year to receive bonuses or raises - could be almost 2 years before receiving a raise, give entry-level engineers intern level work

      Good global name with a stable product.

      Cons

      Engineering manager will throw you under the bus to save his skin. No loyalty and micromanaged everyday. You can't finish a project before your boss puts you on another then ask why the last isn't finished yet. Low pay.

      Being a large Multi-National Company can require you to wear many hats to get the job done and often resulting in many International calls that can make work/life balance difficult
