Pros
Great benefits and clear job description and daily duties. everyone is very nice and willing to help. once you know your role the work is very independant and you dont have anyone watching over your shoulder every 5 minutes
Cons
if your the least bit ambitious they cannot keep up with you. they DO NOT promote from within, they give very litte opportunity to learn outside your assigned department and have a very closed minded approach to feedback and improvement suggestions
