      Love my team, not crazy about the company

      Pros

      My team is awesome. They are the only reason I'm still here. I also feel like I'm well-compensated, which goes back to my team fighting for me. Good 401k benefits and pretty cheap insurance.

      Cons

      I don't have the tools to do my job. People are either not helpful or do not have the proper tools to do their jobs either. How is it that we can't see our own costs because a manufacturing location doesn't want to give us the visibility? It's insane. The issues I deal with are so systemic that they will never change.

      No growth, no motivate, low morale, boring atmosphere but asks that employees are creative and innovative.

      Great coworkers, indecisive management

      Pros

      Great working environment and strong engineering team with interesting products and a strong customer focus.

      Cons

      Indecisiveness and lack of clear direction/vision from management is a real challenge for those at the working level. Company principles emphasize retention of employees with virtuous character and compensation based on contributions, but neither of these seem to be practiced in reality (at least from my experiences).
