      It's a Koch Company. MBM is a load of BS. Don't believe the education tuition reimbursement. I submitted my paperwork to my manager, and he flat out told me that the company wouldn't even consider my Masters in Software Engineering. He didn't even try to submit the paperwork. Things all depend on who your manager is, I suppose. I started out with a really good one, and ended up with an inexperienced and really bad one that only looked out for their own best interest.
