Pros

Friendly work environment, health/wellness culture, global opportunities, honest/open communications from leadership that let you know how the company is doing and the direction it's going

Cons

Very lean when it comes to resources, but it's improving. Very data intense organization, but that's to be expected with a tech./manufacturing company.

Pros

As far as the company as a whole is concerned it’s a pretty decent organization. There are many people with good knowledge in their areas of expertise, hence there is scope for learning, if you are in the right team.

Cons

As far as Molex India Business Services (MIBS) - ‘Supply Chain Services (SCS)’ team is concerned, it is one of the worst place to work. Firstly there is no learning, all the redundant and data entry type tasks are handled by the SCS team. Things like Trade & Customs, Freight Management and Logistics are handled by engineers who lack proper knowledge or experience, including the manager who has only five years of experience and lacks even the basic knowledge of supply chain. Performance is measured by the number of times you say “yes boss” and hours spent in office. There is lot of office politics. New rules and regulations are created out of thin air by the manager, which ironically does not apply to the manager himself. Creativity, innovation and knowledge have no value in this team. Most people hired here were freshers, now even after close to a year in this team, there knowledge in Trade & Customs and other areas of Supply Chain is still negligible. If you are looking for learning and building a career in a positive direction, my advice, avoid Supply Chain Services (SCS) team in Bangalore.
