      The bad: No career growth provided in my team. Zero regular one-on-ones focused on career with the manager Ugly: not good pay compared to other companies in the KW area

      *Good Place to Learn about processes for entry level candidates *Good Supply chain and Distribution Network *Friendly Employee Relations and Culture

      *Stagnant & no Growth in careers until we work for 10 years in this company *Business Units & Koch Principle Total Compensation = Total Contribution is invalid , Void and useless even though we worked hard & contributed better * No Major challenging work * Pay is super very less when we compare with industry standard
