      Interesting technology. World-class operations. Global footprint. Interesting customers. The recent acquisition by Koch Industries has created a lot of positive change. There should be more to come...

      Most of Molex is stuck in the 80s from a cultural perspective. Many, many employees who are 50+ years old and think everything is cheaper in Asia. Many are not aware of current trends and modern business practices. Not many employees who strive to grow professionally.

      The work is varied and the pace will provide little downtime. As an R&D facility new technology is always being requested, so exposure to increasingly advanced tech is always welcome.
