      Pros

      Strong Mgmt and its style is based on each Business Unit. Good work/Life Balance. Standard processes and systems, such as SAP across all BU (but dual edge sword). Good people throughout org. Strong work ethics and compliance.....focus on customer is being driven top down. Good corp. communications.

      Cons

      Not much publicity available for advancement, growth and training. Reviews and compensation are controlled by a select few. Seems to be a "club" inner circle and hard to break into that to know the "real" opinions and scoop of what will be happening. Process and Procedures driven by SAP are an impediment to agility and customer demands.

      Pros

      Great focus on growth, new owners are very expansion-minded, moving in to a new building next year, many new and young faces.

      Cons

      Some of old guard management are stuck in the past and don't really understand the business or customers. Many of them are clubby types who have known each other for years as part of the old Krehbiel-led Chicago-focused Molex and are very insular. Too many are there not through achievement, but through being tagged early on as "high potential" and invited into the club. Can't wait for Koch to broom many of them, as they show little sign of embracing MBM.
