      Full timers get paid more and leave all the work load to the temps and part timer..

      Cons

      Full timers are lazy. Place all the work load on part timers. No INTEGRITY OR HONESTLY.. Place blames on part timer, but can't tell full timers to do their jobs.. If you like walking almost 30miles every week. Working 5 hr shifts
