      Pros

      Good place to explore and try different things. Your compensation is tied to your own performance. Hence, the harder you work, the more you are compensated.

      Cons

      Some can't take the stress and the workload. There is no standard among different business units. Some are better than the other in terms of supporting the new hires. If you end up in a BU that does not have a good training program, you are on your own.

      Open collaborative environment, ability to navigate other areas of the company and explore opportunities there. Updated quarterly on the company and how things are going so big picture. You are paid to do a job and expected to do it well without being micromanaged

      Cons

      Would like to see more opportunity to work offsite. Need more parking at the corporate site Runs lean on employees so if you are looking for a place to hide, this is NOT the company for you.

      Pros

      Molex is a very stable and well run company. The work is challenging and there is plenty of opportunity to move positions and advance. Perhaps the best part of Molex is that the people form a great community.

      Cons

      Molex can be a very dynamic environment to work in because we run a very lean ship which requires people to learn and practice a large variety of skills.
