      Pros

      Good people. American company. good benefits and health plans. Employees are empowered and well informed of company goals.

      Cons

      Suffers from the normal.. We had record profits but we need to do better. Also has issues with the "good ole boys club" You can go far if you know the right people.

      Pros

      Forged strong friendships with people of integrity and strong work ethics. Too bad there are only a handful of people like that working there.

      Cons

      Corrupt, subversive HR department. Poorly educated supervisors with little or no diplomacy or people skills Less than skeletal benefits: no profit sharing, perfect attendance awards, personal days, stock awards for length of service, etc. They take the "Right to work" motto to dangerous lengths; no appeals for wrongful termination, denial of unemployment benefits, etc.
