      I really like working for Molex because it's a friendly atmosphere to work in.

      Pros

      People are very friendly at Molex. The supervisors are patient, and you get to do a variety of different jobs in the same area on a day-to-day basis. I enjoy working with my coworkers, who I've become friends with.

      Cons

      Some of the machines we work with break down frequently. It gets frustrating sometimes. But, every job will have it's cons.

      - A good company full of good people - Very flexible office hours - Encourage self-motivating work attitude - Competitive products and technologies

      Cons

      - Sometimes nice guys just don't get things done - Slightly too conservative in developing new product or new marketing segment - Lousy financial and HR policies could drive away aggressive employees - Lack of clear internal communication and direction from management, nor a clear company culture been developed - Poorly managed M&A
