      Pros

      The pay & compensation scheme is better than a number of companies in the similar fields. This is the only thing that keeps the employees in this department going, while they can.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work life and personal life balance. Employees in the tooling department usually need to work more than 12 hours a day. Saturdays and Sunday are said to be holidays but leaders will ask employees in this department to come to work either on Saturday or Sunday, or better still both days. So some workers are known to work 7 days a week. Meetings can go on like there's no tomorrow.

      Flexible scheduling for part-time. Perfect for college/HS students. Unbelievable benefits and very friendly environment.

      Pros

      Pay is fair. If part-time, after 20 hours you'd get overtime pay which is unbelievable. Clean and friendly work environment; management and co-workers are very open to questions and helpful. Scheduling is very flexible and they offer you guaranteed hours. Supervisors are friendly and relatable. Environment leads to high moral and thus high productivity.

      Cons

      Policies don't allow part-time employees to start and fix simple bugs on the machines. Pay could always be better.
