      Cons

      Bonus' are discretionary and well below past experiences. No yearly merit increases. Culture is drenched in Charles Koch's philosophy

      Fair base salary Still a lot of good people

      Cons

      No communication or transparency from upper management. Terrible understanding and implementation of PBM (Principle Based Management). No job security - long term value creators get let go or leave. Complete lack of integrity from many in upper management. Many products transferring to new plant in Mexico.
