Pros

The company is good, the gym is great, cafeteria is very convenient , HR is friendly, Koch has a lot of money to invest.

Cons

Pay is not great, but that is not the biggest problem. The company is struggling to retain talent, as the managers are terrible. It is old school type of management, so the company has a lot of baby-boomers ready to retire and some millennials that will stay there only until they get a better offer.

Pros

Employees are friendly and eager to build relationships with their coworkers CEO Martin Slark is an excellent leader, very charismatic and dedicated to the company

Cons

The corporate culture is a bit outdated, they need to work on their work/life balance Very old-fashioned, not necessarily geared towards the incoming millenial workforce Since being acquired by Koch Industries, the compensation philosophy has made it very difficult to see advancements in your career and/or base compensation I've talked to many employees who have not received a bonus since the acquisition, despite being very hardworking, loyal employees The compensation philosophy makes for an overly competitive atmosphere, where coworkers are sometimes stepping all over their teammates, or competing to be the "star student" of the team
