Great team Excellent system of sales incentives for supporting multi-location projects Strong financial background

Cons

Too much neoliberal politics - should not be that much of focus in a professional workplace, political views are private. Too much alcohol and drugs at outings/sales trainings/team buildings - I hope Molex will fix this issue

1. Extremely lousy benefits and bonus 2. Incompetent management 3. Lack of good processes and structure 4. Poor career progression 5. US multinational, but behaves like a local medium enterprise 6. Lots of long-service employees who are stubborn and unproductive
