Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

The work environment is toxic and hostile, with constant firefighting. Managers heavily micromanage, and no task can be completed without their involvement. There is zero work-life balance, as long hours are necessary to complete projects. Employee turnover is high, with a very young workforce because people don't stay long. Expectations are unrealistically high, making it almost impossible to earn a bonus, and there are no COL raises either. If you care about your mental health or overall well-being, this is not the place for you.

Toxic Coworkers

Pros

Not everyone is toxic. Most people are really nice and will at least talk to you like you're a friend. The health benefits are good and the hours are from 5:30 AM to 2:00 pm or 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. If you had a choice between first or second shift, choose second shift because they're the hardest working set of individuals I've had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Specific managers will yell and intimidate employees into moving faster even when people are already working their butts off. coworkers that I would talk to daily would also talk behind my back to managers and other employees to blame second shift for things they could have fixed with no issue. First shift has a worse work ethic and will gossip all day with no consequences, leaving second shift to pick up the slack for them and still get blamed for mistakes that first shift made. also pay raises are only attainable by changing job responsibilities. there is no chance to get a decent raise just by doing your job to the best of your ability.
