It's a paycheck. Work/life balance. Campus is awesome. Walking trails, gyms, personal trainers.. Full cafeteria with good food.

Cons

Policies are outdated. Little to no diversity. Every division has multiple divisions, with even more divisions, that report to other divisions. In other words, it's an absolute cluster trying to find someone in charge. Overall, low morale.
