Can be interesting work, good people, cutting edge technology

Cons

Upper management has been known to change very often, too much politics, definitely an ole' boys club mentality. Interesting company activities seem to be less often as previously. Staff is on edge with layoffs. Compensation is decent, but raises and bonuses should not be expected unless you're deemed a "top performer"
