      Pros

      Good place to explore and try different things. Your compensation is tied to your own performance. Hence, the harder you work, the more you are compensated.

      Cons

      Some can't take the stress and the workload. There is no standard among different business units. Some are better than the other in terms of supporting the new hires. If you end up in a BU that does not have a good training program, you are on your own.
