      Salary and Benefits are not bad

      Cons

      Too many to list. Contractors are literally third class citizens particularly if you are an American. The place is run by H1s with a small scattering of Americans. Management is oppressive and completely out of touch with the yelling, threats, and pure nastiness that is this place. Expertise is completely wasted here since the average H1 has no idea what they are doing and choose to point fingers. Blame based environment where the least qualified is promoted. Don't waste your time here.

      Pros

      Great co-workers. Collaborative team of field staff we work together and use each other as resources to get the job done. Great members. Enjoy helping the disadvantaged. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Molina hires Middle and Senior management that have no experience and no idea how to perform their essential job functions. They hired a middle manager then asked her to leave or be fired. She was gone for about 10 months and then they hired her back. She had been fired by a former MCO how can we as employees know this and yet HR either doesn't t know or does not care that she is incompetent. This is widely understood and known by the MINIONS

      Health care is a really exciting industry and there are lots of opportunities for people with good skills.

      Cons

      The organization is just plain sick and the culture is horrifically disrespectful. The management discards people regularly. The HR organization literally discards people. The managers are poorly trained and not well equipped to lead. This company is run by the buddy system. Managers take credit for the work of others and put suck-ups in place regardless of their ability. The place is ruled like a gulag. Think police state. People face constant worry instead of being given clear goals, rewarded for contributions and guided to successful outcomes.
