We are sorry to hear that you felt your manager was rude and impertinent to you. The type of behavior you describe is unacceptable, and if confirmed should result in corrective action. We are constantly working to improve our managers’ cultural and sensitivity training to improve how we do business and how we treat one another. In addition to cultural and sensitivity training – we offer training sessions, opportunities for feedback, and the ability for employees to discuss their managerial concerns with their HR Partners.
