Only pro is working from home. Maybe a different department would be better.

Cons

There is a high turnover rate. When you get hired they act like they care about you, and that you’re part of the team. But your just another person. Management is immature, either they micromanage and are rude. Or they don’t communicate with you at all, and ignore your concerns. Also they don’t care about the actual patients, they just care about meeting quota on appointments and getting paid by the state for it.

The people at my level and one and 2 above (or they were one above) were the best part. Benefits aren't bad

Cons

Executive leadership team is the worst. They treat you like dirt. I have seen/heard them talk to their direct reports like they are stupid. Expectations are outrageous or you don't know them until they have not been met.

Since it is a large company they do offer benefits Remote work

Cons

Expected to make cold calls to add appointments to your schedule. Expected to work 7 days a week even though the job is 4 10's or 5 8's. You are essentially required to log in and make reminder calls to the patients and set up your own schedule on your days off. Expected to trick vulnerable patients into giving Molina their lucrative medical information. Molina profits from having NPs document hcc codes for them. Meanwhile the patients acces to care gets worse and worse. Toxic management that will not listen to concerns.
