Cons

Management is the worst. Constant OT because of the revolving door of employees that quit. Massive amounts of favoritism especially on time missed. Low pay, God forbid you if want insurance it will zap you of half your pay. Did I mention how bad the managers are?

Work itself isn’t complicated. Stories are cool. Company’s mission is decent.

Cons

Write ups for everything When your pre requested time off is approved, you still get a write up if you have no PTO you can’t take unpaid time off even if it’s in advance. There are a lot of “I don’t know, let me find out answers and no follow up” the stats are stressed excessively but sometimes you can’t avoid the things you’re docked for. Resources are hard to find sometimes and follow.
