Pros

Free meals, consistent schedule, Weekly pay

Cons

Middle management is inconsiderate does not give a care at all for those on their teams are only worried about attendance and production. Life vs work quality has dropped dramatically under the new CEO

Pros

Two free meals a shift. That’s about it.

Cons

900lb pallet fell off warehouse shelves. Management laughs like it was no big deal. Narrow walkways where you have to walk over foam, cardboard , palettes , etc . Went from working 6 days mandatory overtime to hardly 25 hours a week , not because there wasn’t work that could have been done; but because they don’t want to pay people their full 40 hours. Why work 8 hours and do 900 of a 600 quota when you could Work them 4 hours and get 600 of the 600 quota. But then it’s panic mode when mistakes happen because they do the bare minimum. Oh. And when things get behind it’s always the workers fault , not managements for MANAGING the work flow and their people improperly. Whoever does their payroll needs fired. Everyone’s checks are wrong more often than they’re right. And their HR is laughable. Had PTO taken by mistake for a day I was there. My manager and I both asked repeatedly for them to correct it or pay me for the time I was there as well as the PTO , I would have been happy with either but they couldn’t even bother to get back to me . I tried to resolve this for months before I gave up. Their response to COVID was laughable. They take temps but don’t make people wear masks. Their training is poor, and half hearted at best. Hiring process is confusing and more than once someone was asked to show up at 11 for 3rd shift orientation on the wrong day and were locked outside with no way to contact anyway. Horrible place to work. Oh and Nepitism runs rampant. Everyone is dating everyone else and people who know someone get promotions way faster , even when they don’t deserve to be in that position in the first place.
