Work itself isn’t complicated. Stories are cool. Company’s mission is decent.

Cons

Write ups for everything When your pre requested time off is approved, you still get a write up if you have no PTO you can’t take unpaid time off even if it’s in advance. There are a lot of “I don’t know, let me find out answers and no follow up” the stats are stressed excessively but sometimes you can’t avoid the things you’re docked for. Resources are hard to find sometimes and follow.

-The food is frozen so it has to be cold, so no worries about heat - easy work - everyone is very nice

- can be extremely fast-paced so it can be stressful at times
