GREAT Place to Work!

Pros

This is an extremely flexible job. It is the perfect job for mother or someone looking for some extra hours. No one can ever say they have a bad day on the job. Each and every day we have the opportunity to share with families a great time in their lives. At least five times a week, parents say "You must love your job," or "Wow, you have a really great job." And is all honesty we do! People complain that we are underpaid but this is a sales position which is clearly stated in the interview process. The more you sell, the more you earn. Our365 does also offer incentives and contests which allow employees to earn extra cash!

Cons

One con is working 365 days a year but holidays are often not busy days. You leave when you're done which may be late morning or early afternoon and then you get to enjoy the rest of the holiday!

Pros

The employees are the main reason anyone stays. If the company would actually pay a fair wage it would be a great place to work.

Cons

Low pay, few ways to advance, senior management hostility towards employees, no sense of direction on how the company is going to proceed to the future.

Pros

The days are flexible. The training is excellent, and given by professional photographers. They offer health insurance. The work is easy.

Cons

You do the same thing in every photo session every time. They have a 70% turnover rate, so they never have enough employees. Upper management doesn't talk to lower management, so one know what really go on.
