This company has some of the most arrogant and self adsorbed leadership I've ever seen. A few are out right verbal bullies to their peers, teams and others around them. While there are a few really sharp and talented leaders most are extremely weak and back fight with each other often and in public view of the employees. The are smart enough but so focused on themeselves that it negatively impacts team performance broadly. The facilities are old and tired and need serious upgrades especially waterford site. Safety performance is not outstanding by any measure though measure were being taken to improve. Not a leader in the market space with but a few exceptions. Often under re-organization. Maybe 4 times over 5 year span. Moral is generally poor but is site dependent. Not a healthy work environment.

Senior Leaders do not value, recognize or reward HR. No work-life balance in HR. Very demotivated HR team.
