Constantly firing people, hard to feel stable at the company when they clean house every few months. Also there is so much management, but not enough people doing things.

Some of these include increased training & resources, internal development & promotions, ability to provide feedback directly to the Executive Leadership team, consistent town halls, benefits reviews & updates such as offering pet insurance, and culture counsel led initiatives.
