Pros

-Flexible time off -Free Snacks -Some good aspects to the culture

Cons

There is no real training that you receive and often times it is a sink or swim situation. They expect you to perform at the highest level and continually bring in money without any support whether technical or not. They are constantly changing the KPI's to make them less and less attainable then use the unrealistic expectations to take away commission and work from home flexibility (though claim to be remote first) when not met. Lastly, pay is not competitive at all. You are basically forced to work hard while making minimum wage which is what you are left with after you don't met their unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Individual contributors who fight on the front line are very talented people. Mid to senior management folk at my product line are all great people who share the same thoughts on building a supportive and collaborative culture. They care about their employees and their growth deeply.

Cons

Frequent change of executive team can swing the company culture left and right very quickly. Retention seems to be a constant challenge. It seems like company are less focused on taking care of people, instead, put more focus on revenue and make the number look great

Pros

- Compensation is good for area, but base rate and benefits need work into 2022 - Job is simple. You are selling/advising on one of the only games in town for recruiting qualified people. You become an expert quickly and actually sell a product that helps your client. - Supportive direct managers, great colleagues. - You are, cliche but true, largely in control of your success within the limits of your industry vertical. Just use your head and treat your job/clients with a sense of responsibility, and you’ll do fine.

Cons

- The Executive Management team needs work. They seem to be incentivizing long-term failure for quick profit. However, new CEO started right before I left, so time will tell on how they perform. - Company does indeed find ways to reduce your compensation. Little, annoying things. Read the fine print before starting. Have an exit plan if you decide to leave. -Benefits are mediocre.
