      Lots of Growing Pains

      Pros

      Everyone is young and fun to work with. This can lead to a good bit of office gossip and immaturity as well.

      Cons

      When I was there, they had substantial growing pains.

      PTO is it if approved.

      Cons

      Everything. The stress and pressure isn’t healthy. Managers who once complained as reps are now following exactly what they once hated and complained about. They just care how they look. If I could leave zero stars I would. All the responses and comments I’ve seen to peoples post from community brands seem automated or a copy and paste answer. The company never deals with the real issues and getting to the bottom line of what problems there are. The culture is negative.
