It's our goal to career path people in SDR roles to account executive or other sales or marketing roles after about a year. 5y2020 was full of big changes and a lot of people juggled multiple responsibilities. I think there were places where it took longer than it should have to get a position approved or new people hired. Quite a bit of that was in marketing. I'm really sorry where that impacted you and created a lot of stress. I'll take your feedback to heart and check in with our marketing teams to make sure we've got enough help. I also get your comment about executives - some of that was to make sure we had the people who would ensure we have the right tools, right onboarding, and resources. Our expectation is that our leaders are doing the work - I'll keep listening for that as well. Thank you for calling this out.
