Pros

Remote work life is great Coworkers are helpful and great to get along with

No opportunities for personal growth at all anymore, its almost like they dont want you to grow because they dont want to increase your wage. This is even more apparent by the fact that whenever someone leaves, the company doesnt even try to hire anyone to replace them, instead the company has gone the route of outsourcing employees from other countries with much lower levels of income/minimum wage so they can gradually replace local team members and lower costs. Micro management is also an issue. There's also a lack of communication as to how well the business is doing. You hear the excitement about how much money is coming in from schools, millions, but you dont know whats happening because IT team is understaffed as well as other teams, which contributes to clients complaining about the product often. How are we supposed to sell a product when the package has much left to be desired and is decreasing in value?
