-You will be trained to sell like a Used Car Salesman in the Solar industry (this coming from a former used car salesman). You will NOT be able to actually help someone get the best unit for their home. Instead, you will be taught to strong-arm/force your clients into purchasing a unit the first day wether they can afford it or not. And if they want to think about it and you do not close them the first day you will never see that lead again, no matter how good your Rapport was. - During training, you’ll be forced to learn a 14-20 page script verbatim (they test you with a speaking app), with no flexibility to actually use any other sales skills that will be beneficial to your clients and help them get the best product for the best price. - Regarding the $10k sign-on/training bonus. IT IS A TRAINING BONUS NOT A SIGN ON BONUS!! You are required to hit certain benchmarks within your first 3 months in order to receive any of this money. The company has made sure that these benchmarks are out of reach due to the grueling training process that won’t even allow you to get out of training before the 1st benchmark need to be met. This makes it impossible for anyone to qualify for the bonus. On my team of 15 people not 1 person saw a dime of their 10k training bonus. - This Company is Extremely untrustworthy when it comes to the promises they make and what they say and stand for. Most people will be let go before their first commissioned paycheck so that Momentum can keep that money for themselves and not have to pay them. (I Still haven’t seen over $1000 in commissions/bonuses I made with them) If you are looking for a new job PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. I can promise you will whole heartedly regret your decision to work for this company within your first month just as me and many others I worked with did. Just look at their turnover. - You will make less than $500 a month for at-least your first 3 months. Nothing more. Have fun living off of that.
