I think it’s very sad that this place likes to hire people that fit in and if you don’t then your life becomes miserable!

Cons

Everything I can think of! It’s not worth joining this place at all! I would stay away and look for Another place to work

I worked in a residential setting and had a great experience with my manager, clinical supervisor, and the team of people that I worked with. Good place to get hours towards MFT/Social work license, as clinical supervision was available.

Cons

Evening/weekend hours may be required, work can be challenging but colleagues, manager, supervisor were all very supportive.
