They have high turnover so you have to do something really egregious to get fired.

Upper management does whatever they want regardless of reality. They do not respect their employees. Sure, they’ll make ridiculous gestures such as send you a Monarch branded face mask in the mail to show you how much they “care,” but they will not give you a pay raise for a promotion. HR has commented on other employer reviews on here and offered for folks to send further feedback to their email. That’s nice, but I sent my opinions to them in my resignation letter, and offered to do an exit interview. They responded by simply turning off my email and Workday access.
