Pros

If your Indian caste system is lower than the ELT team and you are good with working 6 days a week Monday through Saturday- and only getting paid for 5 days…Mondee may be your place

Cons

Women not respected, and referred to as “my girl” 3 data breaths that have never been addressed in last 4 months Horrible customer experience - product UX is below industry standards and service Fraudulently reported earnings and shell game of moving money around- and it’s only a matter of time before SEC and AG start diving into the books and business practices

Horrible Company

Pros

Pros are that management is so micromanaging, so disorganized, and afraid of losing their job that they don't want to delegate properly and feel they need to do everything themselves that its easy for you to get away with doing the bare minimum and you still did a lot more than Management has. So if you like sitting at your desk doing nothing then this is for you.

Cons

There are no learning opportunities. No career growth. Constant discrimination if you are not Indian. Constant discrimination against Women. Favoritism is rampant. No job security. No work-life balance. Benefits are not good. They want you to be submissive here and don't dare question management. The CPO could care less about the actual humans in this organization. The CCO went around treating to sue his team if they dared to quit their job since they're so over worked. Trying to intimidate them into staying. The CEO believes you have to work 24/7 otherwise you're not working hard enough and has a lot of unethical practices. This whole company is a mess. HR could care less about the employee experience. Everyone is just watching out for themselves and being snakes to get raises or favoritism. I don't recommend this company to anyone but specially to women, unless you want to be a servant to upper management and be a part of a bunch of unethical practices.
