If you have no other options, then it's better than nothing.

Cons

Working here has been THE WORST experience of my life. Management is so unprofessional and immature. There is a lot of unfair treatment and it seems the only way to get a promotion is to be family or friends of management. The company also pays the employees poorly for the amount of work they're expected to do and even if you finish your work, you're expected to stay late and help others finish their work. Avoid this company like a plague and put your talents elsewhere.
