      Pros

      - Full time remote work. - Very transparent about the company performance. - Monthly updates from the Exec. The Exec is trying to answer all concerns of the members. - The company is striving for success, which is good. - The CEO is accommodating and not intimidating. - Open for feedback.

      Cons

      - Some of the employees here are tend to be reactive rather than proactive and objective. - Less benefits given that most of the people here are contractor. - Some of the leaders and managers should learn to be empathetic and motivating toward their employees.

      Lack of vision, focus, consistency, ability to execute, and the worst exec team that I’ve ever been around. They preach honesty and transparency, as well as a strong people culture, but they don’t deliver on any of that. Hopefully my translation makes sense.

      Pros

      - 100% remote work and flexible schedule. It helped me be more productive as it gave me the autonomy to manage my time effectively. - Good culture and positive work environment. I can see how the management continuously maintain good environment within the organization. - Decent salary plus bonuses. The company offers a better salary that is within the market benchmark compared to others. - Improves my work-life balance. Since I worked with MonetizeMore, I felt more fulfilled. It also gave me the feeling of having a healthier balance between my professional and personal life. - A clear career path and opportunities for professional growth - Feedback and surveys are not put to waste. I have seen how the company has improved based on valuable feedback from the employees. - Shoutouts from leads/managers & executives. It helps boost employee morale.

      Cons

      - No physical office. I only get to see my colleagues during retreats which happens once a year. It's sometimes fun to see your team from time to time though. - Had to work on holidays. Although the company is not stringent when it comes to leave approval, but it's nice to have a holiday off sometimes without the need for approval.
