Pros
So many pros of working with this company. For starters, they give every employee huge amounts of respect and freedom. I have never felt scared to speak my mind on a subject or ask questions. The company is accepting of all sorts of people from different backgrounds and everything works internally at a very efficient level. The location independence is by far my favorite perk. One week in Colombia, the next in Peru, or if you like to just work from home or coffee shops that works too, whatever your preference. The communication within the company is very strong as well, using many tools and devices to make sure that even though we are spread across the world there is no lack of communication. The company culture is the glue that keeps every together. Love MonetizeMore, best company I have ever worked for by far!
Cons
Sometimes you have to be up late for certain calls as you are dealing with clients from all over the world. This is not your typical "9 to 5, work is done" job.
