      Pros

      MonetizeMore is really good at giving you freedom to work how you work best. They are really flexible on the hours you work and where you work from, it could from your desktop at home or a laptop in another state or country. I really enjoy working for the company because people here make an effort to make it a great place to work. When you talk to a co-worker they're always positive and upbeat and people do a great job of keep it light. Also, people help each other out across company segments, it feels like a big team here.

      Cons

      Maybe the one disadvantage is that since there is flexible hours, you don't have the normal break between work and life but the culture makes you not mind working anyways.

      - Live where in the world you want - Work in any environment you want to be the most efficient - You are never micro managed but you are never on left by yourself

      Cons

      You have to get on calls late at times depending on your time zone, but this is mostly because you decide wherever you want to be so it's worth it
