      Pros

      Ability to grow your career if you are driven and ask for support! Company is always looking to expand and drive DEI efforts to provide an inclusive environment. My team is very supportive and collaborative with great management. C staff has good communication and wants to make sure they are doing the best for the business. I feel I add value here and get to contribute to the growth of the company.

      Cons

      Salaries could be a little more competitive to meet the market. While we do have events and team outings, would like to see more of them in the future for those of us who want more interaction.

      - Lots of structural change. Most of it is to make our lives easier, but get ready for a new challenge here and there, get ready to adapt. Lots of help you can have here too

      Immediate co-workers are supportive, intelligent and great to work with. The interview process gives you exposure to who you will be working with before getting started so you have a good idea of who you will be working with. It is fast-paced which allows you to develop quickly with opportunities to stretch your skillset. Career development is talked about regularly. Attainable goals.

      Cons

      As a fast growing company there are constant changes you have to adapt with and that isn't for everyone. Sometimes changes aren't communicated clearly.
